Quoted £120 for plum slate chippings over the phone. Added 20% VAT in bill which was never mentioned when the order was placed. Recommend checking VAT inclusive prices before placing order.

Friendly driver for grab hire service. However, lorry smaller than quoted, so not all material fitted on. No reduction in fee. Better companies are out there.
