Firstly, we want to say how happy we are with the house. The build of the house is great (as backed up by a snag report) and their pre-sales service was easy and professional.
However, the post-sales experience has been woeful and disappointing, causing significant stress within what should be an exciting time of moving into a new home.
We've had a professional snagging report which has still not been completed 8 months later. Communication has been a continuous struggle having been passed around between 5 different points of contact with no continuity of customer care. We have submitted a formal complaint through Centaur, and now we find ourselves contacting external dispute resolution services in order for action to be taken.
It was mentioned by an employee that Centaur had not dealt with a snagging report before, and it really shows. Had we known about how bad the after-sales process would be, we would have had serious reservations about buying the home from Centaur. Service: Home building
