We used Cotswold Estate Agents recently to sell my late mother’s house. It was a difficult time and Simon was very sensitive to that fact. He was very knowledgeable about the local market, well prepared with information on similar houses that had sold recently for comparison purposes and not at all pushy which was very important to me. They arranged a number of viewings and we were fortunate to be able to accept an offer quite quickly. From that point I dealt with both Simon and Sharon in the office. They are both friendly and helpful and they both have a good sense of humour which, at times, was very necessary as our sale was not without issues (none of which were anything to do with Cotswold Estate Agents). We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Well I moved into my happy home 3 weeks ago now . Sharon was always at the end of the phone if I needed her & during the stressful process Simon helped as well . Highly recommend this company . The only regret is that I didn’t use this company to sell my home . Keep up the good work guys

We recently sold our home using Cotswold Estate Agents, Bishops Cleeve. Selling a home can be very stressful and all the members of this Estate Agents were excellent in keeping us informed in regard to all aspects of this process helping us to relax and taking the stress out of selling. We owned a park home and the rules for selling are very different to other properties. Sharon is the best. She is aware of all the legal rules and is up to date with required paperwork making the process run smoothly. This not only helped us but also assisted the buyers to be able to complete without added expenses. Every member of the team are fantastic, led by the owner Simon. So much better to deal with an independent agent who cares rather than a national company with paid staff who do not have the same interest.
