Mani is not only one of the most professional installers, maintenance genius but is such a decent man who has a team who all respect his work ethics and standards. Nothing but full praise and honestly not a single issue to knock them half a point down with. The guys are the BEST! Late 2023 addition to WT's excellence! My hot tub heater had failed so Mani, investigated options and one air source heat pump and inverter on an existing pump later, the hot tub not only works a treat but the running costs are now less than a third of what they were!

Sometimes a google search gives you the perfect result, I googled 'Badu' and came up with Water Technics at the head of the very long list so I gave them a call. I spoke to Wayne and asked about a pump system my pool fitters told me to get. Wayne helped me no end, he told me in easy terms what the difference was between the types of pump, send me a link to see the full range and when I called him back with the one I thought was good he showed me a slightly different one he said was better because it had more features he thought I would like to have. The price was comparable with other suppliers but the thing that stood out and made me buy from Water Technics was the time he took with me, the explanations given and that he made me feel like I was a special customer - something you do not see much of in this day and age I was ready to make the purchase but he said he would like to speak to my pool fitters first to make sure this was exactly what was needed!! This is going above and beyond, I got the impression that it was not "just another sale" but a genuine attempt to make sure he had a happy customer He was right about the pump he suggested, my fitters were totally impressed by his knowledge of the product and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Water Technics and Wayne in particular to everyone that reads this. It is not always the price that makes a sale but the way you treat your customers, Wayne certainly understands that and I dare anyone to try and find better service and care. In my opinion you should not bother searching others, if you want high quality products and 100% perfect customer service then this is the place to visit. I am writing to compliment those at Water Technics, in particular Wayne in the speed of response, the accuracy of the information supplied and the helpfulness in solving our parts problem. It is very easy to be critical, but I have found no fault with the professional approach received from the team at Water Technics. We will have future problems at the pool, that I am sure, but Water Technics will be the first port of call.

Highly efficient and responsive. Complex project but quality of work is first class. - as is Alpin Pools with whom they work. All nice people to deal with. Don't use anyone else for swimming pool projects.

This is a top professional company especially Manny. Expressed my pump to me when I bought it and a year later when it developed a problem processed my warranty speedily pump replaced with a brand new one.

Fabulous company to deal with, very helpful and go above and beyond. Was searching for some mosaic tiles which I bought a few years ago. Thought I found them through water technics they spoke with tile manufacturers who dispatched tiles. When came was not the same finish, spoke to water technics who were brilliant. They could see from the photos they were different. They refunded the money paid in full even though I told them I would be able to use the tiles by breaking them up with a border. They stated that on this occasion that they have not been able to provide the 100% satisfaction that they strive for and stated as a gesture of good will I could keep the mosaic tiles and they would still provide full refund. Cant ask for a better response and outcome. Thank you guys.

Highly recommend. Service was outstanding and their industry and technical knowledge is extremely high. Wayne went above and beyond on several occasions to help us get the pool that we wanted at the high quality desired. Super friendly and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
